Management is so bad about the careing of property, even GM SANDEEP YADAV Don't know how to manage, He is not good for Hospitality Industry, Behavior is so bad 👎 pathatic, most important thing he treated his staff like a Uneducated Person. Property is good& location is also so gud.

* In room food Service is non existent. I kept calling the resturant and room service but no one picks up. *Bed linens and pillows have the pale..old feel. * We booked 4 rooms and only one tea kettle was working. We kept asking for the change ...it never came. *Lift was not working on day 2 of our stay which was a nightmare for my old parents. *The hotel struggles with serious lack of staff. Every service including the buffet proves to be an irritating experiance as you keep waiting for food items and eventually end up setteling for wahtever is available. All in all when you book rooms well above rs 6000 you at lest expect basic decency from the hotel and staff which is seriously lacking here. I advice everyone to avoid booking this hotel at all costs.
